What Velox is

Velox connects you with restaurants and gaming centres. The service itself — the food, the equipment, the prices, the quality of the place — is the venue's responsibility alone.

Booking and attendance

• A reservation is not confirmed until the venue accepts it.
• Cancelling less than two hours before your slot deducts points from your balance.
• Booking and not turning up is recorded against you and deducts points.

Account suspension

Failing to show up five times within a single calendar month suspends your ability to book for one week. A second offence suspends it for a month, and a third is permanent. The monthly counter resets at the start of each month. If you believe a suspension was applied in error, write to us.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe, for everything done through your account, and for the accuracy of the name and phone number you enter.

Limits of liability

We are not responsible for a venue closing, declining a reservation, or providing a different experience than you expected. We may amend these terms, and any change will be published on this page.
